I can't find "pop up" on Chrome Extension. Chrome Preferences is allowing pop ups

@Tony - have you been able to install the chrome extension in your browser?

If so, if you are able to see the Hedera extension in the right hand corner of your browser, are you able to click on it and bring it up?
